Blackberry and Zucchini Kefir Smoothie Bowl

Ingredients:
2 cups of almond milk (or milk of choice)
50ml of The Kefir Co Coconut Water Kefir
A handful of frozen zucchini rounds
1 cup of frozen blackberries
1 scoop of plant-based protein
1 generous tbsp of almond butter
1/4 avocado
Juice of one lime.
Method:
- Place all ingredients into a high-speed blender and blend for one minute.
- Serve with homemade granola and chopped fruit if desired.
Reduce your kefir serving size to 30ml if this is your first time consuming it.
