Vibrant Antioxidant Smoothie Bowl
Nourish your gut with this delicious probiotic smoothie, which contains our restorative coconut water kefir and features fresh lime, ginger and antioxidant-rich raspberries.
Serves 1.
Ingredients:
2 cups of homemade cashew milk (or milk of choice)
60ml of The Kefir Company coconut water kefir
2 tbsp of coconut yoghurt
1 frozen banana
1/2 cup frozen berries of choice (I love raspberries in this)
Juice of 1 lime
1cm raw ginger, skin removed
Method:
Place all of the ingredients into a high-speed blender and blend for one minute.Serve with some homemade granola and chopped fruit if desired.
