Strawberry, Kiwi & Lime Cooler (Mocktail)
2 Strawberries
1/4 Lime
1/4 Kiwifruit
15ml Fresh Lime Juice
60ml Fresh Kiwifruit Juice
1/2 bottle (165ml) of Kc Japanese Lime Kombucha
Garnish - Lime Wheel and 1/2 Strawberry
Method
- In a large tall glass, place quartered strawberries, chopped kiwifruit, lime juice and kiwifruit juice and muddle.
- Fill glass with ice almost to the top. Top up with 1/2 bottle of Kc Japanese Lime Kombucha.
- Garnish with a lime wheel and 1/2 strawberry.
Optional addition of 30ml of Gin, Vodka or Strawberry Liqueur.
