Gin, Raspberry & Lime Rickey

30ml Gin

3 Lime Wedges

4 Raspberries (fresh or frozen)

1/2 bottle (165ml) of Kc Japanese Lime Kombucha

Gin, Raspberry & Lime Rickey

Method

  1. Place gin, 2 lime wedges and 2 raspberries in a long glass and muddle gently.
  2. Fill the glass with ice and top up with Kc Japanese Lime Kombucha.
  3. Garnish with 2 raspberries and a lime wedge.

Add simple syrup or berry liqueur for sweetness.
