Boysenberry Sour

Boysenberry Sour

45ml Whiskey (or Bourbon)

2 Tsp Sugar

15ml Lemon Juice

Kc Boysenberry Burst Kombucha

2 Boysenberries (canned is fine, fresh is better)

Ice

Lemon & Boysenberry for garnish

METHOD

  1. Put 2 boysenberries in your favourite glass and muddle to crush the berries, then 3/4 fill the glass with ice
  2. Put whiskey, sugar & lemon juice into a shaker with ice. Shake, then strain into the glass, over ice.
  3. Top up with Kc Boysenberry Burst Kombucha.
  4. Garnish with a lemon slice & a boysenberry.
